Nick Reiner reportedly wasn’t invited to Conan O’Brien’s Christmas party Saturday night — but Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner didn’t want to leave their son alone.

The Hollywood Reporter claimed on Tuesday that the couple asked the host whether the 32-year-old could tag along with them to the holiday bash.

The outlet alleged that Nick’s “often … extreme and stressful behavior” had escalated and “grown degrees even more concerning in recent weeks.”

Because of this, the stars were “reluctant to leave him home alone in the guesthouse” of their Brentwood home in Los Angeles.

He had been living in the space under “watchful supervision.”

While at the party, Nick reportedly made other guests uncomfortable with three bizarre questions — people’s first name, last name and whether they were famous.

These queries led to an awkward moment with comedian Bill Hader, leading Nick to “storm off.”

The outlet claimed Rob confronted his son over his “asocial and unsettling behavior” before apologizing to O’Brien, 62, and prematurely exiting the party.

The next day, he and Michele were found slain in their home — and Nick was subsequently arrested.

Nick, who is being held without bail at Los Angeles’ Twin Towers Correctional Facility, failed to appear at his arraignment Tuesday as he had not been “medically cleared.”

Before being taken into custody, Nick checked into the Santa Monica Pierside hotel and left behind a bloodstained room.

His dad’s friend Barry Markowitz exclusively told Page Six on Tuesday that Nick appeared “on the upswing” when he stayed with the Reiners last month.

“He looked great,” the cinematographer said, speculating that Nick had “a sickness” because “there was so much love” between the family members.

Similarly, Rob claimed in September that Nick was in a “really great place” while clarifying to NPR that the recovering drug addict had been clean for six years and counting.
