Jaime King is headed for another divorce.
Page Six can confirm that King’s husband, Austin Sosa, filed to end their marriage on Thursday.
The pair were apparently married in a secret wedding that was not publicly revealed, although their engagement had been widely reported on for months.
Page Six reached out to a representative for King regarding Sosa’s divorce filing but did not immediately hear back.
TMZ was first to report on the divorce news.
The filing comes on the heels of reports that King, 46, has been spotted out on the town in LA recently getting cozy with hotelier Vikram Chatwal.
Page Six confirmed in July 2025 that King and Sosa, an investment banker, were engaged. Their date of marriage remains unknown at the moment.
After the “White Chicks” star was seen with a diamond ring on her left hand, her rep told us, “Jaime is embracing a joyful new chapter with her engagement to Austin Sosa.
“She’s especially happy to share this moment with her children, who have a loving bond with Austin and his family.”
The rep added, “Her sons remain her top priority, and she kindly asks for privacy as they move forward together with love and gratitude.”
King shares two sons, James, 12, and Leo, 10, with her ex-husband, Kyle Newman, whom she married in November 2007. Leo is the godson of music superstar Taylor Swift.
The “Sin City” star filed for divorce in May 2020, leading to contentious proceedings. After she accused the filmmaker of abuse, he denied her allegations and claimed she was a “chronic drug addict and alcoholic” and accused King of being “strung out” and “drunk” while their kids were in her care.
They settled their split in September 2023. A month later, the actress lost physical custody of the boys after failing to complete a drug and alcohol rehab program; however, she was given supervised visitation rights.
