Savannah Chrisley and Jason Galanis are already married.
Chrisley, 29, and Galanis, 56, secretly tied the knot on July 14 at Cayman Islands Baptist Church, according to marriage records obtained by People.
The “Chrisley Knows Best” alum announced she was pregnant and engaged in an Instagram video Tuesday, but did not share that the two were already husband and wife.
She didn’t identify him, only referring to him as “J” and noting that he was “much older.”
But he was eventually identified as Galanis, a convicted fraudster 27 years her senior who actually served time in the same prison as her dad, Todd Chrisley.
In September 2020, he was sentenced to more than 14 years in prison for his role in two schemes, including one that defrauded a Native American tribe and investors out of tens of millions of dollars.
He was also ordered to forfeit about $80 million in proceeds and pay an equal amount in restitution in addition to his prison time.
Galanis was an associate of Hunter Biden who testified in the impeachment inquiry into former President Joe Biden in March 2024 while he was still behind bars.
President Donald Trump commuted his prison sentence in March 2025 without an explanation. Trump’s order absolved him of the financial penalties, as well as having to serve the remainder of his prison time.
Galanis’ estranged brother, Derek Galanis, claimed to Page Six in an exclusive interview that the businessman’s involvement with Savannah is “his biggest con yet.”
“This girl’s in for a rocky ride,” he told us. “He’s not a changed man, he’s the same dude he always was.”
But Savannah is clearly smitten. After her shocking pregnancy and engagement announcement, she defended their age gap on her podcast, “Unlocked.”
“I have always said, ‘I would rather [have] 20 phenomenal, unbelievable years with someone than 50 just [fine] years,’ ” she noted.
The reality star insisted Jason “does not look his age, nor does he act his age,” and that he has a “great” body and “even sharper” mind.
Savannah later fiercely defended her unborn child, posting a sonogram and stressing that her baby was “not a headline.”
“You are not a controversy,” she wrote. “You are not defined by anyone’s past, anyone’s mistakes, or anyone’s opinions.”
This is the first marriage for Savannah and the second for Jason. He was previously married to Monet Berger for 20 years, but she filed for divorce in August 2017, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Berger explained in her petition that she was unaware Jason had allegedly underpaid or failed to pay taxes on his income and allegedly forged her signature on more than one tax document, describing herself as a victim of his crimes.
But a month prior to her filing, she begged for him to receive a lenient prison sentence by painting him as an animal lover in a July 2017 sentencing memorandum obtained exclusively by Page Six.
