From marriages to divorces, here are all the celebrity couples that either got married or broke up in 2023:

In May, Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens wed at a courthouse, and a few weeks later had a ceremony in Cabo.

Biles posted a slideshow of photos on Instagram with the caption, “I do officially owens.”

Frankie Valli and Jackie Jacobs wed in June after dating for nearly two decades.

The two had a private ceremony with Valli’s own “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” playing.

Naomi Watts and Billy Crudup got married in June after sparking engagement rumors.

Watts posted a photo on Instagram with the caption, “Hitched.”

Dylan Sprouse and Barbara Palvin got married in July just a month after announcing their engagement.

The couple wed in Hungary where Palvin was born and raised.

Jack Antonoff and Margaret Qualley got married in August in New Jersey with a star-studded ceremony.

In February, Maisie Williams and Reuben Selby ended their relationship after five years.

Williams posted on her Instagram stories “@reubenselby_ and I decided to end our relationship. Since we met 5 years ago, our connection always extended deeply into our shared, and separate, creative careers…and it will continue to do so.… This decision is something we are so grateful for so as we can protect the magic that we can’t help but emit whenever we put our brains together.”

After meeting on “Vanderpump Rules” and dating since 2014, Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval broke up in March after it was revealed that Sandoval had been cheating on Madix.

The scandal was shown throughout the season of “Vanderpump Rules” and Madix discovered Sandoval had been cheating on her with her best friend and fellow star Raquel Leviss.

Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth announced their divorce in March after nearly 12 years of marriage.

In a joint post on Instagram, the couple stated, “It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness, and mutual respect for everything we have created together. Our biggest priority is our son and our entire family as we navigate this next chapter. These matters are never easy and are extremely personal. Elle Fanning and Max Mingella announced their breakup in April after dating for over four years.

Fanning announced the breakup in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar UK.

In April, it was announced that Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn had broken up after dating for over six years.

Not much is known about their breakup but Entertainment Tonight reported that it was “not dramatic.”

In April, Glen Powell and Gigi Paris announced their breakup.

The news came out after rumors of Powell cheating on Paris with his “Nothing But You” co-star Sydney Sweeney.

In May, after 18 years of marriage, Christine Baumgartner filed for divorce against Kevin Costner.

In July it was reported that Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez had divorced.

After the divorce announcement, it soon came out that Grande had begun a new relationship with her “Wicked” co-star Ethan Slater.

Slater had reportedly cheated on his wife and eventually left her for Grande.

Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello announced their divorce in July. Little is known about the separation between the two.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his wife Sophie Gregoire Trudeau announced that they were getting a divorce after 18 years of marriage in August.

The prime minister’s office released a statement saying, “They have worked to ensure that all legal and ethical steps with regards to their decision to separate have been taken, and will continue to do so moving forward.”

Natalie Portman and Benjamin Millepied reportedly split after 11 years of marriage in August after news of Millepied possibly having an affair came out.

Sam Asghari filed for divorce against Britney Spears in August after 14 months of marriage.

Asghari cited that there were “irreconcilable differences,” when filing for divorce.

In September Joe Jonas filed for divorce against Sophie Turner, after much speculation from fans.

Turner claims she found out about the divorce through social media.

Following the divorce, Turner sued Jonas for the return of their children to their home in England.

Turner claimed that she had planned to return to England with their children, but when she attempted to collect their passports from Jonas last week, she claimed he refused.

A representative told CNN that “Joe is seeking shared parenting with the kids so that they are raised by both their mother and father, and is of course also okay with the kids being raised both in the U.S. and the UK. The children were born in the U.S. and have spent the vast majority of their lives in the U.S. They are American citizens.”

Hugh Jackman and his wife Deborra-Lee Furness have announced they are separating after 27 years of marriage in September

“We have been blessed to share almost 3 decades together as husband and wife in a wonderful, loving marriage. Our journey now is shifting and we have decided to separate to pursue our individual growth,” the two announced in a statement with People.

In October it was revealed that Meryl Streep and Don Gummer had been separated for nearly six years.

A representative for Streep released a statement to People stating, “Don Gummer and Meryl Streep have been separated for more than six years, and while they will always care for each other, they have chosen lives apart.”

In November, it was announced that Antoni Porowski and Kevin Harrington called off their engagement after being together for four years.

Cardi B announced her separation from Offset on an Instagram Live in December.

Cardi B said little about the breakup, just that she is now single.”

In December it was announced that Kendall Jenner and Bad Bunny had broken up after less than a year of dating.

Little is known about the couple’s separation.
