Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has entered a commercial agreement with HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts to absorb more than 40 luxury properties into its Registry Collection Hotels brand by early next year, with further additions scheduled to follow.
Drawn from the Elegant Hotels of the World collection, the incoming properties will retain their existing affiliation while joining the Wyndham Rewards scheme.
This arrangement grants the properties access to Wyndham’s commercial channels and opens redemption and earning options to approximately 129 million registered loyalty members.
The partnership will broaden a Registry Collection portfolio that currently counts more than 30 properties across nine countries.
Existing locations include the Balfour Miami Beach in Miami; the Bristol Panama in Panama City; and Hodges Bay Resort & Spa, an HQ Luxury Resort & Residences, in St. John, Antigua.
Most of the initial 40-property group consists of small boutique assets averaging between 20 and 50 rooms.
These operations will progressively interface with Wyndham’s sales, marketing, and distribution infrastructure.
European locations joining the brand include Rosselli AX Privilege, a converted 17th-century palazzo in Valletta, Malta, which holds three separate MICHELIN designations: a Michelin Key for lodging, a Michelin Star for Under Grain, and a Michelin Bib Gourmand for Grain Street.
Also included is The TownHouse Mykonos, an adults-only property within an 18th-century structure in Mykonos Old Town housing the 54 Cocktail Bar & Sunset Lounge, which held its Michelin Key in the 2026 selection.
Two Northern Irish establishments form part of the rollout.
Galgorm Resort, an AA Five-Star property set across 550 acres beside the River Maine, brings championship golf and a Thermal Spa Village to the brand.
Further additions comprise TreeHouse Villas Koh Yao, an adults-only development featuring private plunge pools situated above Phang Nga Bay in Thailand, and Cinco Quintas Hotel Boutique, a restored colonial property in Cartagena’s walled district in Colombia that earned One Michelin Key in the 2026 rankings.
A secondary component of the agreement, set to launch later this year, introduces a flexible operating framework for HotelREZ’s Best Loved Hotels collection of upscale independents.
Under this structure, participating properties can selectively adopt Wyndham’s third-party distribution network and corporate technology stack.
