A new luxury resort and spa has officially opened its doors in Skaneateles, offering guests a scenic escape focused on wellness, culinary excellence, and year-round outdoor leisure.

Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, is now welcoming overnight guests at its 1000 Mottville Road location. Nestled on 100 acres of rolling landscape, the property blends rustic charm with modern elegance — and aims to be a destination for both relaxation and recreation.

The resort includes 89 guest rooms and suites, a full-service spa, multiple restaurants and bars, and a wide range of amenities: outdoor fire pits, pools, pickleball and bocce courts, a putting green, and scenic walking trails. Larger gatherings can be hosted at the Allyn Lodge — the largest freestanding timber structure in New York State — which boasts 25,000 square feet of event space.

Skaneateles Fields has partnered with local regenerative farm Tap Root Fields to supply fresh produce, flowers, and artisanal pantry items. This local partnership is integrated throughout the resort — from the kitchen and spa products to in-room amenities and educational experiences.

Dining is led by Executive Chef Esperanza Guzman, with cocktails curated by William Elliott of Maison Premiere and Tigre. Guests can enjoy seasonally driven meals at Fields, grab drinks at the Lobby or Pool Bar, or pick up picnic baskets and s’mores kits for outdoor relaxation.

The Spa at Skaneateles Fields includes indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a Salt Chamber, cold plunge pool, yoga and wellness studio, and a year-round heated outdoor pool. Additional wellness and fitness amenities include a 24/7 gym, group classes, and curated offerings at the on-site Fields Pantry.

Rooms range from deluxe Kings to family suites and a Presidential Suite. The resort also offers shuttle service to the Village of Skaneateles and is fully ADA accessible.

Bookings are now open for overnight stays and spa services. For more information, visit skaneatelesfields.com or follow @skaneatelesfields on Instagram.
