    Silversea offers a preview of its Approach Guides partnership ahead of the Luxury Roadshow, taking place in Melbourne on 3 March, Brisbane 4 March and Sydney 5 March.

    The Travel Weekly Luxury Roadshow offers an exciting insight into what’s ahead in the world of luxury travel.

    Silversea has partnered with Approach Guides to provide co-branded digital marketing tools and private-label sites for agents – how should Australian travel agents best leverage this platform to generate leads and convert luxury cruise bookings?

    Silversea has partnered with Approach Guides to provide Australian travel agents with a powerful way to increase visibility, generate qualified leads and convert luxury cruise bookings using premium, co-branded digital content. By actively sharing their private-label site across email campaigns, one-to-one client communications and digital touchpoints, travel agents can drive direct enquiries while maintaining a strong Silversea brand presence.

    The complimentary marketing platform improves online visibility, and all client enquiries generated through the site are sent directly to the advisor, ensuring a seamless and secure client experience. The platform enables agents to showcase up-to-date voyage and destination content, personalise recommendations and stay visible online without adding to their daily workload. When combined with email integration and the Rallio Social Media integration, agents can consistently nurture interest, build trust and convert inspiration into high-value luxury cruise bookings.

    With the launch of new all-inclusive luxury voyages and 2026-27 itineraries, what are the standout sailings or regions (including Asia and Australia/New Zealand) that you recommend agents push for high-yield clients this season?

    The 2026–27 Voyage Collection presents strong high-yield opportunities, particularly across Asia, Japan, the Mediterranean, Antarctica expedition cruising and extended Grand Voyage journeys.

    Antarctica is opening unparalleled opportunities in cruising – exploring over 50 destinations, with seamless access via Puerto Williams and luxury stays at The Cormorant at 55 South – the exclusive Silversea hotel opening later this year, marking the world’s southernmost hotel.

    Silversea introduced a refined fare structure last year, “The Luxury of Choice” unveiling three new fare types designed to provide greater flexibility and choice while maintaining one of the most comprehensive all-inclusive experiences at sea. The new structure enables guests to further personalise their journey with optional pre- and post-cruise add-ons, including City Stays by Silversea – offering pre- and post-cruise land extensions allowing agents to tailor each voyage to individual client preferences while maximising overall booking value.

    Longer-duration sailings also offer significant value for travel agents. The Silversea Grand Voyages include the Grand South Pacific Expedition 2026 – a standout luxury voyage departing from Fremantle, Western Australia, and concluding in Valparaiso, Chile – a remarkable 77-day journey aboard the intimate expedition ship Silver Cloud. The Grand Voyages allow agents to position a single booking as a complete, immersive travel solution – increasing both yield and client lifetime value.

    Ranging from six to 77 days in duration, the new sailings include many of the world’s most iconic and hidden destinations, along with access to authentic festivals and events that best showcase the world’s most enriching local cultures and customs, along with the launch of the brand’s first-ever Summer Season in Japan.

(Sea and Land Taste) programme – an immersive culinary concept designed to connect guests more deeply with the destinations they visit through food and culture. S.A.L.T. brings the flavours of each region onboard, with menus that change according to the itinerary. Guests can experience authentic local dishes created using regional ingredients, developed in collaboration with local chefs and culinary experts, making cuisine a central part of the journey.

    The programme extends beyond the plate with curated shore excursions and onboard enrichment. S.A.L.T. shore experiences take guests behind the scenes to markets, farms, vineyards and family-run kitchens, while onboard venues such as the S.A.L.T. Kitchen, S.A.L.T. Bar and S.A.L.T. Lab offer destination-inspired dining, cocktails and hands-on cooking workshops. Together, these elements create a holistic culinary journey that reflects Silversea’s focus on immersive, destination-led luxury travel.

    Complementing the focus on culinary experiences are thoughtfully enhanced wellness, cultural and entertainment offerings, blending enrichment with indulgence.

Otium offers personalised in-suite and balcony experiences including bathing rituals prepared by the butler, elevated sleep experiences, balcony moments and decadent comfort food.

    • The All-Inclusive Plus Fare delivers the greatest value, featuring a refundable deposit, Fare Guarantee protection and shore excursion credit on ocean voyages, while expedition sailings continue to include all excursions and destination-specific services.
    • The All-Inclusive Fare, available on ocean voyages, offers a non-refundable deposit and the flexibility to purchase shore excursions à la carte, and;
    • The Last-Minute Fare provides savings on select sailings close to departure with full payment required at booking.

    Together, the new fares reflect Silversea’s “Luxury of Choice” philosophy, empowering guests to tailor their experience from start to finish without compromising the brand’s signature all-inclusive luxury.

    Digital marketing tools are increasingly critical – besides Approach Guides, what other support, training or advisor incentives is Silversea offering this season to help agents drive awareness and bookings (content, social media tools, local sales support)?

    Alongside Approach Guides, Silversea is strengthening its support for Australian and New Zealand travel agents through access to Rallio, a centralised social media management platform designed to elevate digital presence and drive bookings. Rallio allows agents to automatically publish Silversea-generated content, manage multiple social channels from one dashboard and track engagement through real-time analytics that ensures their online presence remains consistent, current and impactful.

    This digital support is complemented by ongoing local sales support, co-branded marketing assets and training initiatives, reinforcing Silversea’s continued investment in equipping agents with easy-to-use tools that drive awareness, engagement and sustainable growth in the luxury cruise sector. Travel Agents are invited to register for Approach Guides and Rallio along with Silversea’s existing suite of agent tools, including Silversea Academy and Marketing Central – reinforcing the brand’s long-term commitment to agent success.
