Oprah Winfrey, Usher and Priyanka Chopra Jonas attended Ralph Lauren’s spring 2026 show in New York ahead of New York Fashion Week’s start.
Oprah Winfrey, Usher, Jessica Chastain and more stars are stepping out during the most fashionable time of the year for the Big Apple.
New York Fashion Week, the biannual series of events where designers showcase their latest looks, is underway, and it’s been a star-studded period of glitzy runway shows and parties.
In recent days, brands from Christian Cowan to Christian Siriano unveiled their stylish collections for spring/summer 2026. Highlights from the festivities have included Winfrey and her bestie Gayle King attending a cozy Ralph Lauren show and a cavalcade of stars, from Gwyneth Paltrow to Olivia Wilde, turning out for Michael Kors.
One designer, Brandon Maxwell, made use of newspapers for a unique presentation, and Usher received a major honor at Harlem’s Fashion Row Fashion Show and Style Awards.
Pamela Anderson, Naomi Watts, Tessa Thompson and Olivia Munn are among the other A-listers who have been spotted out and about at various events, and “Love Island USA” star Olandria Carthen made her fashion week modeling debut at the Sergio Hudson show, where her partner Nicolas Vansteenberghe was spotted cheering her on.
Still to come on the schedule are presentations by Andrew Kwon and Pamella Roland, which are scheduled for the final day of New York Fashion Week on Tuesday, Sept. 16. Fashion Week will then return to New York in February.
