Scott Wolf’s estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, told Page Six she weighs just “97 pounds.”
Kelley, 48, made the claim during a lengthy phone call last week after she left rehab following a two-day stint, saying she’s lost 30 pounds since Scott filed for divorce in June.
Per Us Weekly, Kelley took to her Instagram Story on Monday to elaborate on the status of her health, telling her followers she is “malnourished.”
“I am going to be very clear. I need to be respected and given peace. I am not crazy. I am not in rehab. I am in my hometown. Waiting for a court hearing,” she wrote.
She went on to claim, “I have no record. I do not abuse drugs or alcohol.”
Kelley made sure to note that she is a “mother” and asked the public to “leave [her] alone.”
She also threatened legal action, stating, “If you continue to slander my family I will pursue legal action.”
The “Real World: New Orleans” star continued, “I have lost everything. I am malnourished. Treated like a crazy woman.”
Kelley explained that she “would appreciate someone saying…I love you. Welcome home. You did nothing but fight for your family.”
During our call with Kelley, she claimed that she does not need help with addiction but rather post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
She also noted that she plans to go to a different treatment center in Utah in November. (The one she left after two days was in Arizona.)
Last Friday, Kelley was charged with a misdemeanor after Scott, 57, accused her of violating an Aug. 28 protective order on Aug. 30 by “using a friend’s phone and attempting to contact her son through a friend’s son.”
The alleged attempt to contact her son came two days after she was barred from having any contact with Scott or their children: sons Jackson, 16, and Miller, 12, as well as daughter Lucy, 11.
In response to the charge, Kelley told People she was “utterly shocked” at what she called “the unabating aggressive use of a legal system and possibly more.”
She insisted, “[It] has become almost intolerable to my physical body, my family’s health and well-being period. I’m unclear as to how these things are allowed to be processed. I have been compliant with everything legal. I have said nothing disparaging about anyone at any time.”
Kelley added, “I’d like to also state for anyone who doesn’t seem to understand — that divorce can take time. Anyone who continues to put pressure on a mother when all she’s doing is fighting for her children is somebody who needs to check themselves.”
The former reality personality was arrested on Aug. 26 and charged with one count of misdemeanor electronic communications harassment and two counts of misdemeanor electronic disclosure of personal identifying information, which were classified as domestic violence-related.
After spending two days in a Utah jail, Kelley was released under the condition that she would “participate in inpatient or outpatient medical, behavior, psychological or psychiatric treatment.”
During her arraignment, she told the judge overseeing her case that she planned to seek treatment and would be at a facility for a month.
Prior to the arrest, Kelley — who has displayed worrisome social media activity in recent months — had allegedly posted about her and Scott’s children. She also allegedly referred to the actor — who currently has custody of the kids — as the “most hated man on earth” before sharing his phone number.
Her alleged behavior violated a gag order restricting both parents from publicly discussing each other, their marriage, their divorce or their kids.
Kelley has been placed on two psychiatric holds since the contentious divorce proceedings began.
