Divorce rumors surrounding Princess Beatrice and her husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, were reportedly false. Recently, friends of the royal couple slammed the speculations about the duo navigating “distance” between them. They exclusively told Hello! Magazine that the pair has been away from each other due to their “busy jobs.”
“They’ve both had recent stints working abroad and like so many working parents, have balancing work with looking after the kids,” the couple’s friends said. According to them, Beatrice and her husband have been in different cities/countries because they have been trying to balance their respective careers and their family.
For those unversed, the married couple shares two daughters — Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi (born September 2021) and Athena Elizabeth Rose Mapelli Mozzi (born January 2025). As per the report, the 37-year-old princess has been staying in London to take care of the kids. She has reportedly also been dealing with her father Andrew’s drama after his arrest. Meanwhile, the property developer was said to be traveling overseas for his work.
“Recent reports that things aren’t good between them are not true at all. Things are great between them and the only distance between them recently has been physical distance because of work!,” the friends further clarified. Moreover, the couple was spotted together over the weekend on a date night at a sushi restaurant in Notting Hill.
