Prince Constantine Alexios of Greece and American actress Madelyn Cline have sparked romance rumours after the pair were spotted kissing.
The Greek royal family member, 26, was reportedly seen in a video obtained by celebrity gossip outlet Deuxmoi kissing Cline, 27, who starred in the film I Know What You Did Last Summer and the series Outer Banks.
A subsequent clip taken by a bystander and shared on the outlet’s Instagram showed Constantine Alexios and Cline strolling arm in arm in New York.
Although the video only showed the back of the pair, the publication concluded the woman was Cline by linking the AirPod Max she was wearing to the same ones she donned in a TikTok video earlier this month.
A source old the publication they had just seen the pair “giggling and in sweats” on Madison Avenue.
“His (Constantine Alexios’s) head shaved and made eye contact with her”.
Rumours of the new royal romance intensified on Monday evening when the prince took to Instagram Stories to share a photo of what appeared to be the back of Cline as the pair enjoyed some downtime at a local bar.
The model was wearing a pair of jeans and a grey T-shirt, which she had tied in a knot at the back, with a red cap over her signature blonde locks.
Fans took the photo to mean the prince had soft-launched his new beau, and the rumours could be true after they were reportedly spotted getting cosy again at The Lions Bar in NYC on Wednesday.
Royalists flocked to the comments of the snap on Deuxmoi’s Instagram to express confusion after Cline has had several high-profile relationships, including most recently being linked with American DJ Zack Bia in June.
“Wasn’t she with Zack Bia,” one person wrote.
“Finally stepping it up to someone good, a damn prince,” another person said.
“Fairytales do come true,” a third person said.
It comes after Cline ended her 10-month relationship with comedian Pete Davidson last July, after having kept their romance largely under wraps.
Speaking to Allure after the breakup, the model did not say much else about their whirlwind romance apart from he had a “really cute dog”.
“The jokes, they write themselves,” Cline told the publication.
“And I said it before, and I’ll say it again, that is my only comment.
“He has a really cute dog and some really great girlfriends now.”
Meanwhile, Alexios is no stranger to his share of high-profile romances.
Reports last year linked the prince with Sports Illustrated star Brooks Nader after the pair were spotted packing on the PDA at Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey’s Rhode Island wedding last June.
The year prior, the 26-year-old was in a relationship with British model and socialite Poppy Delevingne for 10 months before going their separate ways due to being “at different stages of their life”, according to a source.
Prince Constantine is the eldest son and second child of Crown Prince Pavlos and Crown Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece and the grandson of Constantine II and Anne-Marie of Denmark.
He was born in NYC before his family relocated to London, where the prince grew up and graduated from Wellington College in 2017.
He is the godson of Britain’s heir to the throne, Prince William.
