The highly anticipated luxury Four Seasons Resort, which is part of the larger Four Seasons-branded Naples Beach Club mixed-use development in Naples, has opened its doors for its first guests.

Not all of its rooms are available as it eases into full operations. Nightly rates have been advertised at more than $1,000 for the least expensive room, with limited availability through the end of the year.

When it’s at full capacity, the Four Seasons will offer 220 rooms and suites, including five guest rooms across the street, inside a residential building, which is still under construction.

The larger mixed-use development will include 153 luxury residences on both sides of Gulf Shore Boulevard, which are well underway, as well as other commercial uses, such as a Market Square with dining and entertainment, open to owners, hotel guests and outsiders alike.

The redesigned golf course is expected to open in 2026.
