Lamar Odom didn’t love his onscreen reunion with ex-wife Khloé Kardashian on Season 6 of Hulu’s “The Kardashians.”

“To me, it really didn’t go well. I felt like I was under attack,” Odom told Page Six exclusively while promoting his new, upcoming Netflix documentary, “Untold: The Death and Life of Lamar Odom.”

“But, I can’t invalidate her pain and what I put it her through. She was there when I couldn’t hold my bowels,” he added, referring to how Kardashian was by his side when he was in a coma after his near-fatal overdose in 2015.

“She always tried to do her best, when it came to taking care of me. I know it could be a lot, especially when I was recovering from the incident.”

In the February 2025 episode of “The Kardashians,” Kardashian wanted to get “closure” with her former husband as she turned 40.

“He’s visibly uncomfortable, he’s nervous, he’s sweating,” she told the camera at the time, adding that their reunion was “very awkward.”

Both Odom, 46, and Kardashian, now 41, appear in his new doc to recount what happened to him over a decade ago. However, the former spouses didn’t reconnect during filming — the last time they actually spoke to each other was when he appeared on “The Kardashians,” he told us.

Both he and Kardashian appear in his new, upcoming Netflix doc, “The Death and Life of Lamar Odom,” in which they revisit his 2015 overdose. Above, he’s pictured in the doc. Netflix

The Netflix documentary covers the former NBA star’s life, including his childhood in Queens, his pro basketball career, his marriage to Kardashian from 2009 to 2016, his drug addiction and his overdose at a Nevada brothel.

In the doc, Kardashian recalls Odom’s infidelity, and how she used to find him at motels with drug paraphernalia and clean up after him.

“That was a man caught up in his addiction,” the former NBA star told Page Six. “I heard this one story where she said that she gave me an ultimatum.”

In the doc, Kardashian describes her ultimatum as telling Odom that he needed to go to rehab, or she would divorce him. She says that she didn’t truly want a divorce, but in 2015, he chose that option on the spot, which led to their split.

“I can’t really remember that… my brain did suffer a tremendous amount of injury while I was in a coma,” Odom told us during our interview.

“I loved that lifestyle. But, I was really good at being a drug addict. I don’t know if I would give up that lifestyle for drugs. But obviously, if that came out of my mouth, that was a decision that I made, and it was a poor decision.”

Currently, he’s in a relationship with Rachel Bradley. When asked if he’d ever want to get back together with Kardashian, he told us, “Some things happen for a reason. And some things, you have to bury under the bridge… I’m not the same person.”

He added that Kardashian is, “somebody that I can’t forget, no matter what relationship I’m in, or what relationship is to come in the future.”

Odom said reflecting on their ups and downs for the doc “gives me strength to stay sober and to treat the lady I’m with now a lot better than that.”

He said that he is “grateful” for his time married to Kardashian, “but people and places in your life change. I’m just working on being my best self, and being present every day.”

“Untold: The Death and Life of Lamar Odom” premieres March 31 on Netflix.
