Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer are still in newlywed bliss in 2026.
Ringing in the new year in an Instagram post on New Year’s Eve, Dec. 31, Meyer gushed over her marriage and shared an unseen photo from her and Stewart’s wedding day. The longtime couple tied the knot last year in Los Angeles on April 20. TMZ was first to break the news, noting that the pair picked up their marriage license in Los Angeles County on April 15.
“This year I made the movie I’ve been trying to make for 14 years, married the person I like the most, and saw Oasis twice. Best year of my life!” Meyer wrote. “Happy new year everybody!”
Of the three photos posted by the screenwriter and film producer, one was from her nuptials. In the black-and-white shot, Stewart, 35, and Meyer, 38 — still in their casual wedding attire — can be seen crouching down next to each other while happily petting their dog.

For the big day, which took place at Mexican restaurant Casita Del Campo, Stewart wore a gray miniskirt and a matching short-sleeve blouse with a white shirt underneath. She added black shoes and wore her hair down in a tousled style. Meyer opted for an off-white minidress with a sheer top half and satin skirt. She accessorized with black loafers, black socks and a long black bow in her ponytail.
Like Meyer, Stewart also recently reflected on 2025 and looked forward to 2026. The Twilight star opened up about her hectic past year while speaking with PEOPLE at the Variety Creative Impact Awards and 10 Directors to Watch event at the Palm Springs International Film Festival on Jan. 4.

“I’ve had the craziest year of my entire life,” Stewart shared at the time. “I got married. My wife made her a movie. I starred in it. I made my movie. We went to Cannes. It’s now actually coming out in theaters, which blows my mind.”
The actress and director then jokingly quipped, “I was so carbonated over the last year. I need to get flat… I need to go fizz out.”
About a month ago, Stewart shared the biggest lesson she’s learned in her marriage so far in an interview with Esquire published on Dec. 9.
According to the Love Lies Bleeding star, her marriage has taught her that there is “power in numbers.”
“It’s so nice to have a family. It’s so nice to not be an unmoored individual,” said Stewart, who went public with her relationship in 2019 and got engaged in 2021. “Dylan came into my life, and I immediately was like, ‘It’s so important to handpick and curate the people that surround you.’ ”

“Dylan just does not suffer fools,” Stewart continued. “I may not always seem like it, but I really am kind of a ‘nice guy.’ ”
“It’s just bolstering to be with someone that reminds you that your life is in your hands,” she added.
