Jon Gosselin incorporated wife Stephanie Lebo’s daughter into their wedding with a very special mention in his vows.
“I promise to love you with conditions to lift you up when you’re tired, to laugh with you in joy and hold you in sorrow,” Gosselin, 48, said during his wedding ceremony, according to a video shared by Entertainment Tonight. “I promise to love your daughter as my own daughter.”
Gosselin and Lebo, 36, tied the knot on Sunday, November 23, after four years together.
After the nuptials, the reality TV alum told ET that bringing up Giuliana in his vows is when things really started to intensify in terms of emotions. Initially, Gosselin had a “suck it up” mentality and got through the rest of his vows after taking a deep breath. (Gosselin also revealed that ChatGPT helped him write his vows.)
“I am going to treat her like my daughter,” Gosselin said. “I’m trying to be a good father to her, just like one of my own.”

Lebo said Gosselin “surprised” her by incorporating Giuliana into his vows. She noted it was “very important” and something she was not expecting. “That meant the world,” Lebo added.
Gosselin and Lebo’s wedding was an intimate affair, taking place at The Barn at Silverstone in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Along with Lebo’s daughter, Giuliana, two of Gosselin’s eight kids — Hannah and Colin — were present. (Gosselin shares 25-year-old twins Mady and Cara, along with 21-year-old sextuplets Collin, Hannah, Alexis, Aaden, Leah and Joel with ex-wife Kate. “Before I met you, I never knew what it was like to be able to look at someone and smile for no reason,” Gosselin told Lebo during Sunday’s wedding ceremony. “I feel like the luckiest man in the world, because I get to grow old with my best friend and the love of my life.”
Gosselin took his relationship with Lebo public in August 2023, revealing that they had been dating for two years after meeting at a mutual friend’s house. Gosselin proposed to Lebo in November 2024.

“I did know who he was when I first met him, although I haven’t watched the show as faithfully as some others have, but I knew who he was and I had seen him DJing before,” Lebo told The Sun at the time. “So I knew about his past and everything, although I was never Team Jon or Team Kate because I just didn’t know enough or watch the show that much.”
Gosselin said his relationship with Lebo was “easy” at the time.
“I never thought relationships were easy,” he said during the same The Sun interview. “I always thought my relationships were going to be a struggle and people would always have a chip on their shoulder where they’d say, ‘Screw you, you’re famous and I don’t have anything and I’ve had to give up this or that.’ But this time it’s not like that at all.”
