Halle Berry’s daughter, Nahla Aubry, took the stand virtually Monday as the actress’ custody battle with ex-husband Olivier Martinez entered its second week.

The 18-year-old testified behind closed doors as the former couple returned to Los Angeles Superior Court for another day of proceedings over Martinez’s domestic violence restraining order request. The appearance came after Nahla first filed a declaration of support for her mother earlier this month.

Berry’s fiancé, Van Hunt, 56, returned to the stand for cross-examination. Both witnesses were believed to have testified for less than an hour each.

Following a lunch break, closing arguments began in the case, with the proceedings again taking place behind closed doors.

Closing arguments will continue Tuesday. A ruling can be expected this week.

During the first week of proceedings, both Berry and Martinez took the stand, with their testimony held behind closed doors.

Maceo testified for nearly four hours on the first day, with the judge limiting his remarks to Martinez’s restraining order request.

On Thursday, Berry’s lawyer grilled Martinez about a 2024 sworn statement in which he denied any history of domestic violence between the former couple, though his attorney later argued the declaration was only made to address legal fees.

Hunt finished the first week of testimony, with the courtroom cleared during his time on the stand.

Martinez, 60, is seeking a domestic violence restraining order and sole custody of the former couple’s 13-year-old son, Maceo.

The “Unfaithful” actor claims Berry, 60, choked the teen during an altercation at her home on Sept. 26.

In his court filings, Martinez claimed Maceo contacted him after the alleged incident and begged to be picked up.

A judge granted Martinez a temporary restraining order on Oct. 1 and awarded him temporary primary custody of Maceo, limiting Berry’s time with their son as the case unfolds.

Berry has vehemently denied the allegations. Her attorney, Marina Beck, previously told Page Six that Martinez’s claims were “entirely meritless and deliberately misleading.”

In her own court filings, the “Catwoman” star accused Martinez of interfering with Maceo’s education and therapeutic care, undermining her parenting decisions and involving their son in their legal dispute.

The Oscar winner has asked the judge to dismiss Martinez’s restraining order and lift temporary restrictions on her time with Maceo.

She is also seeking sole legal custody over decisions regarding their son’s education and medical care, while asking to restore their previous 50-50 physical custody arrangement.

Berry and Martinez met while filming “Dark Tide” in 2010, and they started dating that year.

They married in France on July 13, 2013, and welcomed their son, Maceo, on Oct. 5, 2013.

The couple announced their separation in October 2015, filing for divorce that year.

They were declared legally single in December 2016, but their divorce proceedings and related custody and financial disputes continued until 2023 — nearly eight years after their initial filing.
