Called Elysium Noosa, the sophisticated new hotel marks a massive elevation for the beating heart of Sunshine Coast—through curated details, a private plunge pool, and refined relaxation.
Launching this December, Elysium Noosa features 175 hotel rooms and suites meticulously designed for the discerning global traveller by Melbourne-based interior architecture studio, Mitchell & Eades (whose previous projects include Chin Chin, Grill Americano, and Maison Batard).

The main event is the oceanfront Elysium Suite, which features its very own private plunge pool that you can enjoy alongside sweeping views. There’s also the Prestige Suites that overlook the pool facing Noosa’s iconic Main Beach and the Poolside Junior Suites offering private cabanas for your convenience. This is all on top of the spacious balconies or terraces every Elysium Noosa suite or room includes.

Elysium Noosa’s signature dining spot will be the handiwork of celebrated restaurateurs Alessandro and Anna Pavoni, who are responsible for many of Sydney’s favourite (and award-winning) Italian dining institutions like Ormeggio at The Spit, A’mare, and newcomer Postino Osteria. For their first interstate endeavour, the duo will be bringing Cibaria to Queensland, as well as the coastal-inspired Bar Capri.
Delivering in both rest and indulgence, Elysium Noosa is the perfect addition to Hastings Street’s upscale pleasure state. “This transformation is far more than a rebrand,” said General Manager Mark Wilkinson. “It’s a landmark evolution of one of Noosa’s most treasured hotels, a true legacy for the region.”
