Datuk Seri Vida’s collection of luxury cars and 727 personal items is set to be auctioned off on 30 October

The auction will be carried out by AH Design Communication Sdn Bhd, the creditor in the case, after the celebrity entrepreneur failed to settle her outstanding payment to the company, reported Harian Metro.

The case stems from Vida’s debt of over RM1 million owed to the subcontractor, which dates back to 2018. She had previously requested almost a year-long postponement of the auction, claiming that some of the seized items were borrowed.

However, the court rejected her argument, stating that she failed to provide sufficient proof.

In November last year, enforcement officers carried out a five-hour seizure operation at her bungalow in Ipoh

During the operation, they confiscated hundreds of items, including four luxury cars and everyday household items such as a toaster, water filter, refrigerator, and dressing table.

The auction was initially planned for December 9, 2023, but was put on hold after the Kuala Lumpur High Court granted Vida’s request to delay the process.
