Christina Pazsitzky filed to divorce Tom Segura months before the news of their breakup surfaced.
Pazsitzky, known by her stage name Christina P, filed for divorce in Texas in May, TMZ reported Thursday.
Days later, the former pair reportedly filed court documents to seal the case.
“Christina is doing totally fine,” a source exclusively told Page Six Friday, adding, “It was an amicable breakup. She and Tom had twenty productive years with having a family and their amazing children.”
The source added that they have “zero ill will toward each other.”
“[They are] committed to putting their children first, making sure they feel supported by as much normalcy and privacy as possible during this difficult time,” the source said.
Reps for Pazsitzky, 50, and Segura, 47, did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
News surfaced in July that the comedians had been separated for a few months after 18 years of marriage.
At the time, sources told TMZ that the duo — who share sons Ellis, born in 2016, and Julian, born in 2018 — remained “completely amicable.”
Despite their split, Pazsitzky and Segura will continue to co-host their popular podcast, “Your Mom’s House,” which they launched in 2012.
“They had a special and productive relationship, creating one of the most successful comedy podcast networks in the industry and, more importantly, two kids,” a source told the outlet at the time.
“They are taking different paths moving forward while remaining devoted to their children.”
The exes — who wed in 2008 — often discussed their relationship on their podcast as well as their respective stand-up comedy shows.
Pazsitzky shared an update on where they stand during a podcast episode dubbed the “divorce episode” last week, sharing with fans that she and Segura have a “good rapport.”
“We’re cool, dude. It’s been 20 f–king years and we met in our 20s. Like, we met as kids. So, you know, people change. It’s just one of those things,” she explained, adding that things are “not ugly” between them.
Pazsitzky further explained that she and Segura are “still a family in many regards” and are “not at each other’s throats.”
Segura, for his part, addressed their “awful” divorce on his podcast this week — calling the breakup a “horrible experience.” He also described the divorce as “emotionally, a rollercoaster”
“Your emotions change many times a day,” Segura explained. “You don’t feel the same all the time. It’s really tough on you.”
He also expressed having no issue with his ex discussing their split as they have been recording podcast episodes separately for some time now, and her episode just happened to drop first.
