Preity Zinta approached Neeta during a turbulent time. She was single, and her T20 business was mired in controversy. Neeta identified several active negative zones in her home and corrected them through her AstroArchitectural techniques. “Now she is married to a wonderful man, Gene Goodenough, and has built such a lovely family and life for herself.” “She has such a positive presence,” Neeta says, and her intervention has allowed Preity’s home to reflect that.

Parmeshwar Godrej: Preserving History
Mrs Parmeshwar Godrej’s home was filled with rare artefacts and statues, some of which were disfigured or headless. Other Vastu consultants had advised her to remove them entirely. Neeta took a different approach. “I do not want my clients to compromise on their aesthetics and lifestyle. What I did was just place some plants around those statues without moving them. She was happy with the results, so I also helped her to balance the energy of her office.”
Jimmy Mistry: Healing with a Money Plant

The founder of Della Resorts, Jimmy Mistry came to Neeta seeking relief from a recurring back problem. I added a simple drooping money plant in his room that helped him ease off his pain within a week. It was even documented in a BBC show called ‘Streets of Gold’.”

Oberoi 360 West: From Delay to Green Light
The ultra-luxury development housing the Ritz-Carlton in Worli hit a wall when it couldn’t obtain an Occupation Certificate. Neeta visited the site and identified that the basement connection between hotel and residence was disrupting the energy flow. “I blocked the basement from the Ritz Carlton to Three Sixty West because it was quite imbalanced, as the hotel energy is different from the residence energy. After this, they got their OC in a week!”
Grand Hyatt Mumbai: A New Name, A New Chapter
Faced with a land dispute that halted construction, the Grand Hyatt Mumbai team called Neeta. “The court case made it difficult to start the construction work. I went there and suggested they change the name of the hotel group to Junifer Hotels. Since then, it has seen good financial growth.”
Bonus: Three Small Shifts That Work Anywhere
Neeta’s work may span some of India’s most prestigious properties, but her advice is universal. Here are three simple changes she suggests for anyone looking to improve the energy of their space:
Colours
“Use splashes of yellow and orange colours in areas where you feel the energy is low or, somehow, whatever you do, the space does not remain clutter-free. The use of yellow and orange helps in neutralising negative energy in the house.”
Wind chimes

“The sound vibrations of wind chimes have astronomical significance. It signifies cleansing of one’s dwelling or homestead. The best place to hang wind chimes is near the window, as they should be ringing constantly. Alternatively, you can also play certain chants or nature sounds on your home devices.”
Water Bodies
“A flowing water body like a fountain, signifies the washing away of negative energy. Any water body in the house must be flowing, as stagnant water invites more negative energy.”
Each of these transformations shares a common thread: nothing structural, nothing disruptive, and everything intentional. For Neeta Sinha, the work of an AstroArchitect isn’t to change what a home is, but to reveal what it was always meant to be.
