Kim Kardashian does not find dating “appealing” nearly five years after her messy divorce from Kanye West.
“You get really comfortable the longer you’re single,” the reality star explained in a confessional on Thursday’s “Kardashians” episode.
“The thought of you sharing a bed or your TV shows with someone else becomes less and less appealing because you get set in your ways,” the 45-year-old noted.
The Skims co-founder gave the rare update about her love life — or lack there of — after having a heart-to-heart with “All’s Fair” co star Sarah Paulson, who said she wants “more” for Kardashian.
“Think about the amount of times you’re trying to keep everything little and tight around your kids,” the actress pointed out, referring to Kardashian and West’s four children: North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5.
Paulson, 50, gushed that she wants “whatever the great romance of [Kardashian’s] life is … to be able to bloom.”
Kardashian, however, admitted she still isn’t ready to open herself up to love.
“I know Sarah feels like I have put up this wall to overprotect myself … but it’s OK to close down a bit and focus on the things that I want in life,” she argued.
Even though Kardashian is comfortable being single and focusing heavily on her career, the self-proclaimed “hopeless romantic” clarified she isn’t shutting down dating for good.
“When the right person comes along, I’ll be so ready and everything will be fine,” she insisted.
The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum has been married three times, most recently to West.
She filed for divorce from the rapper, 48, in February 2021 after seven years of marriage.
Last month, Kardashian revealed the final straw that broke their “toxic” union, which was “not feeling safe emotionally and financially” around her then-partner.
Shortly after their divorce was finalized in 2022, West married Bianca Censori.
Kardashian, on her part, has only been in one public relationship since the divorce, dating Pete Davidson from November 2021 to August 2022.
The pair ended things amicably, with a source exclusively telling Page Six at the time that “Kim and Pete decided to just be friends.”
The insider explained, “They have a lot of love and respect for each other, but found that the long distance and their demanding schedules made it really difficult to maintain a relationship.”
While Kardashian was linked to Odell Beckham Jr. in March 2024, their chemistry reportedly “fizzled out” shortly after.
Her most recent rumored romance was in December 2024 with a real estate investor who “isn’t in the public eye.”
Page Six exclusively reported the news with a source telling us that she wasn’t “in a committed relationship” with the mystery man.
At the time, the insider noted Kardashian was “dating a few people” and met the investor “through mutual friends” — but that connection has seemingly run its course as well.
