“Real Housewives of Miami” star Lisa Hochstein and her ex-boyfriend Jody Glidden have been hit with criminal charges.
The former couple is facing one count each of interception of wire, oral or electronic communications, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
Glidden, 52, was taken into custody on Saturday; he no longer appeared in the online jail database on Monday.
According to the docs, between March 12 and March 31, 2023, Hochstein, 43, and Glidden “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepted, tried to intercept or tried to have someone else intercept “oral statements by Leonard Hochstein and those Leonard Hochstein spoke with.”
Dr. Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein filed for divorce from Lisa in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage, igniting a messy legal battle.
“This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court,” Lisa’s attorney, Jayne Weintraub, and Glidden’s attorneys, Howard Srebnick and Frank Gaviria, told Page Six in response to the charges.
Local 10 WPLG was first to report the news.
Amid their divorce, Lenny, 59, dated Katharina Mazepa. Lisa has consistently alleged that Mazepa was the plastic surgeon’s mistress, but they have both consistently denied the claim.
Meanwhile, Lisa confirmed she was dating Glidden in March 2023 after they had been spotted out together several times.
Two months later, Page Six exclusively reported that Lenny accused Lisa of planting a “listening device” on his car in order to “monitor” his calls.
In court docs, he claimed she placed “at least one” device to “access and monitor his private, non-public communications involving this litigation,” which “compromised the integrity” of their divorce proceedings.
Lisa denied Lenny’s “nonsense” allegation and accused him and Mazepa of telling “lies.”
“There is no truth to that. It seems as if they are just trying to distract everyone with their lies,” her rep told us at the time. “This court has already sided with Lisa on many of these issues, including the lies that are being presented by the woman who broke up their home and family.”
After two and a half years, the Hochsteins finalized their divorce in November 2024.
Per their settlement agreement, Lenny was ordered to pay Lisa $15,000 a month in child support for their two kids: son Logan, 10, and daughter Elle, 5. Once Logan turns 18, Lenny will be expected to pay $10,000 per month for Elle until she turns 18.
Lenny also asked the judge for “frequent time-sharing” of Logan and Elle and promised to “fully provide for all of the children’s needs.”
As for Lisa and Glidden, she seemingly confirmed their split in February via a sponsored Instagram post with a moving company that showed them taking her belongings out of their shared condo.
“The past few months of my life have been hectic, so many changes and moving pieces, but thanks to @goodgreekmoving the one thing that wasn’t stressful at all was my recent move,” she cryptically captioned the video.
“RHOM” is not currently filming, as the Bravo reality show has been put “on pause.”
