Construction continues to advance on The Wild Resort, a luxury hotel development on Wildwood’s boardwalk, with the project remaining on schedule for a late spring to early summer opening this year.

The project is currently in its mid-construction phase, said developer Solly Levy Baghdadi with Wildwood Hospitality Group LLC.

“Everything remains on track with our projected opening timeline of late spring to early summer 2026, and we’re very pleased with the progress being made on-site,” Baghdadi said.

He thanked Wildwood Mayor Ernie Troiano and the borough for their support throughout the development process, which, he said, “has helped keep the project moving forward efficiently.“

“As with any large-scale development, there are always moving parts, but we’re very encouraged by the progress and excited about how the project is coming together,” the developer added. “Every phase of construction brings us closer to delivering a resort that reflects the energy, history, and future of Wildwood. We’re excited about what this project will contribute to the boardwalk and look forward to welcoming guests in summer 2026.”

The Wild Resort will span about 77,000 square feet across five floors at 3000 Boardwalk, located at Glenwood Avenue between the two main Morey’s amusement piers.

The property will feature 75 guest rooms, including 10 presidential suites with private outdoor jacuzzis overlooking the beach.

The developer describes the guest rooms as blending modern comfort with coastal elegance, with interiors inspired by natural beach tones and textures.

A rooftop level will house a pool, restaurant and bar offering panoramic ocean and boardwalk views. The ground floor will include a full-service Starbucks, It’s Sugar candy store, and a family-owned pizzeria.

Additional amenities include a fitness center and gift shop featuring Wildwood memorabilia. The vertical layout ensures nearly every guest room and common area receives natural light and sweeping ocean views, according to the developer.
