Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have signed a temporary custody agreement as their ongoing custody battle continues.
The couple sat down for a mediation session last week to iron out the temporary details, according to docs obtained by TMZ.
Terms of the agreement are unknown, but show that both parties signed it.
Their messy split has been dragging on for over two years now, but this session may be one step closer to finalizing their divorce.
Reps for Zolciak and Biermann were not immediately available to Page Six for comment.
The on-again, off-again couple tied the knot in November 2011 and called it quits 12 years later.
Zolciak and Biermann share six children: Brielle, 28, Ariana, 23, Kroy Jagger “KJ,” 13, Kash Kade, 12, and twins Kaia and Kane, 11. The athlete legally adopted Brielle and Ariana in July 2013.
Since the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum filed for divorce in May 2023, the exes have lobbed shocking accusations at one another and have each been hit with financial woes.
Zolciak, 47, publicly accused her ex of being a deadbeat dad during her appearance on Kristin Cavallari’s “Let’s Be Honest” podcast tour in June 2025, saying he hadn’t financially provided for their kids or paid a bill “in years.”
Despite Zolciak claiming that she was the primary breadwinner for their children, the former linebacker, 40, filed for sole custody of their kids in August 2025.
In the filing obtained by Us Weekly, Biermann accused the reality star of subjecting the children to “emotional and psychological abuse” and claimed she constantly left them alone without “proper parental guidance.”
Prior to their recent meeting, the custody arrangement in place — which they agreed to after they were forced to move out of their foreclosed Georgia mansion by US Marshals back in April — saw the exes each have two children at all times, with a one week on, one-week off schedule.
However, due to the “noteworthy absence of structure and accountability” in Zolciak’s home, the former NFL star argued that their “split/shared custody arrangement is not in the best interest of the children.”
Since the split, the KAB Cosmetics founder has moved on with entrepreneur Kyle Mowitz, who is also currently embroiled in a contentious divorce.
The couple were first linked in March 2025.
However, Biermann seemingly tried to burst their love bubble when he reportedly reached out to Mowitz’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, and warned her that Zolciak will “financially … drain money from Kyle.”
