Every year, car enthusiasts all over the Valley and beyond flock to the annual Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale car auction to get an up-close look at hundreds of vintage, unique and brand-new car models that are on display and for sale.
However, some gearheads love attending Barrett-Jackson to get a look at their favorite celebrities’ cars. Years past have included a restored 1962 Ford Thunderbird owned by Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Sammy Hagar, a 1970 Plymouth Hemi ‘Cuda owned by Nicolas Cage and even Lucille Ball’s custom-built golf cart.
The Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale 2026 auction will take place Jan. 17-25 with the Rock the Block concert kicking things off on Friday, Jan. 16, with performances by Cole Swindell and Chase Rice.

- 2017 Dodge Viper ACR Snakeskin Green Edition (Lot #1417): Powered by a 645hp 8.4-liter V10 engine and a 6-speed engine, this is number 22 of 31 Snakeskin Green Edition ACRs built to commemorate the final year of Viper production.
- 2023 Brabus 900 Rocket R (Lot #1383): Only one of two made for legal use in the U.S. and one of only 25 produced worldwide, this model is based on the Porsche 992.1 Turbo S Coupe and is nicknamed “Blue Magic” for its Mexico Blue paintjob inside and out.
- 2021 Ford Shelby GT500KR Widebody (Lot #1311.1): Powered by a supercharged 5.2-liter V8 engine backed by a 7-speed dual clutch automatic transmission. It is configured with a Widebody Package developed and installed by Shelby American in Las Vegas.
- 2022 Ford GT ’64 Heritage Edition (Lot #1382): Powered by a twin-turbo 3.5-liter EcoBoost V6 engine and 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. The exterior is finished in the Heritage Edition livery created to honor the GT/101, the first 1964 Ford GT prototype that launched Ford’s Le Mans racing program.
- Kevin Hart’s 2024 Ford Bronco Custom SUV (Lot #1329.1): Designed and owned by actor and comedian Kevin Hart, this vehicle is powered by a 2.7-liter Ford EcoBoost V6 engine backed by a 10-speed automatic transmission and features a Fox Factory Racing suspension and the exterior is finished in Triple Black with a matte black trim.
- Linda Perry’s 1967 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible (Lot #4009): Owned for 20 years by singer-songwriter and producer Linda Perry, this vehicle is powered by a 350ci V8 engine with a 4-speed manual transmission and is finished in black with white Le Mans stripes, a black interior and a black convertible top. The winning bidder will receive an opportunity to join Linda Perry for an afternoon recording session.
- 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Custom Split-Window Coupe (Lot #1368): Built by Jeff Hayes Customs and powered by a 540hp LS3 Hot Cam engine and mated to a 4L70E automatic overdrive transmission on an Art Morrison sport chassis.
- 1971 Chevrolet K10 Cheyenne Super Custom Pickup (Lot #1331): This custom short-bed four-wheel-drive pickup is built by JPS Customs and is powered by a GM Performance ZZ 632ci V8 engine paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission and Atlas transfer case.
- 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Custom Coupe (Lot #1340.1): This custom Camaro is powered by a 632ci big-block Chevrolet V8 engine with 8-stack fuel injection producing 850hp, paired with a Tremec 5-speed manual transmission.
- 1978 Chevrolet Corvette Indy Pace Car (Lot #137): Number 61 of 6,502 pace cars produced for 1978; this model is powered by a 350/185hp L48 V8 engine that’s mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission.
