Celebrity real estate agent Ryan Serhant, made famous by the show “Owning Manhattan,” is Cohen’s listing agent. The apartment boasts a custom cocktail bar, steam shower and 11 closets, according to StreetEasy.

Description: Joan Rivers’ reported penthouse is on the market for a whopping $28 million, complete with 13 rooms. The home has a ballroom, original parquet-de-Versailles flooring and details restored by museum-trained artisans, according to the listing. The apartment overlooks Central Park. Rivers lived at the property for 28 years, according to People.
Judge Judy

Description: The eight-bedroom duplex is surrounded by a wrap-around terrace with city and river views. The home, listed with Tom Postilio and Mickey Conlon of Compass, has red walls and a 29-foot entrance gallery, giving it a palatial feel. Judge Judy bought the penthouse in 2013 for $8.5 million, according to StreetEasy.
