Rapper Cardi B and New England Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs unfollowed each other on social media following the team’s 29-13 Super Bowl LX loss to the Seattle Seahawks, fueling speculation that the couple has split, Page Six reports.
The 33-year-old Grammy winner, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, appeared to leave Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, before the game concluded. Shortly after the halftime show, she posted a video of herself in a car singing along to Bad Bunny, who headlined the performance. Cardi B made a brief cameo during the show, which also featured appearances by Pedro Pascal, Karol G, Alix Earle and Jessica Alba.
Signs of tension surfaced before kickoff when an ESPN reporter asked Cardi for inspiring words for Diggs. She offered only a terse “Good luck” before walking away.
The reserved interaction marked a stark shift from the couple’s appearance at the AFC Championship game two weeks earlier. After the Patriots defeated the Denver Broncos 10-7, Cardi B joined the 32-year-old wide receiver on the field in celebration, Page Six noted. An NFL video on Instagram captured her yelling, “we [are] going to the Super Bowl.”
Following that victory, an emotional Diggs reflected on his path to the championship game.
“I fought long and hard, man. It means the world to me. I been playing this game since I was 5 years old,” Diggs told reporters. “I always wanted to be a champion, I always wanted to be a Super Bowl champion. The opportunity is right there in front us.”
Cardi and Diggs went public with their relationship in May 2025 and welcomed a son in November 2025. Cardi has three children with her estranged husband, Offset. Diggs has fathered five other children.
