Inspirato announced Wednesday that it agreed to be acquired by rival Exclusive Resorts, a deal that combines two leading competitors in luxury hospitality. Under the agreement, Exclusive Resorts will acquire all outstanding shares of Inspirato for $4.27 per share in cash, valuing the company at about $59 million and taking it private.
