Beyond his musical dominance, he has transformed his success into a multifaceted business empire, spanning his OVO brand, a Nike collaboration (NOCTA), Virginia Black whiskey, DreamCrew Entertainment, stakes in 100 Thieves and several sports franchises, and ventures into cannabis and crypto-gambling platforms—reportedly amassing him a net worth of approximately $250 million by 2025.
Drake’s penchant for opulence is prominently evident in his personal life. He acquired the land in Toronto’s uber-elite Bridle Path neighborhood in April 2015 for $6.75 million. The grandiose home that now stands on the property was envisioned by the Grammy winner in collaboration with Canadian designer Ferris Rafauli, combining Beaux-Arts style with a contemporary sensibility. Dubbed the Embassy, it was featured on the cover of Architectural Digest in 2020.
Constructed of limestone, bronze, and exotic woods, the home exudes old-world craftsmanship at every turn. The entry hall features solid limestone floors with Nero Marquina marble insets beneath a faceted antique mirror ceiling. The epic 44-foot-high great room houses a bespoke Bösendorfer concert grand piano designed with Japanese artist Takashi Murakami and a monumental Lobmeyr Metropolitan chandelier comprising over 20,000 hand-cut Swarovski crystals—the second largest of its kind in the world.

Drake’s Beverly Hills estate ranks among the city’s most impressive prizes: a 25,000-square-foot Tuscan-style mansion on nearly 20 acres above Benedict Canyon. He purchased the home from English pop star Robbie Williams and his wife, Ayda Field, in March 2022 for $75 million. He has since tested the market a couple times, briefly offering it for rent at a mouth-drying $250,000 per month and putting it up for sale at $88 million before dropping the price to its current ask of $79 million.
Originally built in 2001 by KAA Design Group for Guess co-founder Armand Marciano, the mansion spans three elevator-serviced levels, offering sweeping canyon and city views. In all, there are 10 bedrooms and 22 baths. The grand double-height foyer is anchored by a curving iron-railed staircase and a striking cubist chandelier. Glitzy amenities include two fireplaces, a wet bar, a library, a formal dining room, a professional-grade screening room, a game room, a gym, a wine cellar, and an 11-car garage. The gourmet kitchen features dual islands, top-tier appliances, and a breakfast nook, while the sumptuous primary suite is decked out with a fireplace, private balcony, and, of course, salon-like bath.
The grounds are equally impressive, meticulously landscaped with mature olive and oak trees, a mosaic-tiled pool, and a full-size tennis court with a viewing platform. t’s been nearly two years since Drake officially staked his claim in the Lone Star State, adding a sprawling private retreat to his small but mighty cluster of real estate holdings. During a Houston concert in 2023, the Toronto-born superstar revealed he had finally found “the right place” outside his hometown: a 313-acre estate in Washington, Texas, about 45 minutes from Houston. Records show he purchased the property, formerly known as The Inn at Dos Brisas, for $15 million in October 2023.
Once a celebrated Relais & Châteaux resort, the massive compound includes a Mediterranean-style main house, five haciendas, and four casitas. The main house offers a chic lounge, a fireside dining room, and a large pool with a sun-soaked deck. Each hacienda and casita—spanning 800 to 1,795 square feet—comes with a slate of perks, from plunge pools and fireplaces to full kitchens, luxe baths, and screened porches.
The manicured grounds, accessible by golf cart, are dotted with pecan trees, wildflowers, fishing ponds, a rose garden, and the scenic Peach Creek. The property also features a full equestrian center with an indoor arena, multiple swimming pools, a tennis court, and an organic farm with a greenhouse.
