Former NFL player Matt Kalil plans to appeal after a judge dismissed his lawsuit against his ex-wife, Haley Baylee, over her candid comments about their sex life and his anatomy.
“We are not going to comment at this time other than to say we intend to appeal this decision,” Kalil’s attorney, Ryan Saba of Rosen Saba LLP, exclusively told Page Six.

A judge ruled Thursday that Baylee’s remarks were protected because she was speaking about her own life, marriage and divorce — matters the court found to be of legitimate public concern.
In a 2025 Twitch appearance with streamer Marlon, the influencer and model claimed that Kalil’s penis size was “the biggest factor” in the couple’s divorce.
