Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo have settled their divorce.
The exes reached a deal earlier this month and will be keeping many of the details confidential, according to court docs obtained by TMZ Friday.
Bunnie will reportedly receive a one-time lump sum payment from Jelly and the pair will split items, including an aircraft, cars, homes and various intellectual properties.
The outlet also noted there’s one major stipulation to the settlement — a provision prohibiting either party from trash-talking the other.
As Page Six previously reported, Jelly (real name: Jason DeFord) filed for divorce from Bunnie (born: Alisa DeFord) on May 18 in Williamson County, Tenn., where they live. The estranged couple would have celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in August.
The musician, 41, cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split, writing in his filing that they are “unable to live together successfully as husband and wife.” He listed the date of separation as May 9, 2026.
According to Jelly, he and the podcaster, 46, “accumulated certain real and personal property, and incurred certain marital debts,” throughout their marriage.
He “anticipate[d]” they would execute and sign a Marital Dissolution Agreement that provides for the division of their assets and the allocation of responsibility for their debts.
In Tennessee, a divorce based on irreconcilable differences may be granted when the parties enter into an MDA.
On June 15, the day the divorce news broke, moving trucks were photographed at the exes’ Franklin home. Three days later, exactly one month after Jelly filed the paperwork, Bunnie addressed the divorce in a lengthy — and since-deleted — episode of her “Dumb Blonde Podcast.”
“My husband and I are ending this marriage on the best possible terms that you could ever have a divorce,” she insisted. “We’re literally settling our divorce in, like, what? We’ve done it in three weeks? Two weeks?”
Bunnie went on to claim that Jelly would be “taking care of” her financially and letting her keep their “dream” home in Franklin.
As for what led to the split, Bunnie — an escort-turned-OnlyFans creator who retired from sex work in March 2023 — claimed she and Jelly “have never really been good at having disagreements” and had a final argument on Mother’s Day (May 10).
During that spat, which she did not detail, Bunnie admitted that she encouraged Jelly to “file the f – – king divorce papers,” though she lamented she was “speaking out of anger and frustration” and didn’t actually want to part ways.
She also acknowledged that their grueling IVF journey had “wrecked” them both physically and emotionally; however, she revealed they are “still having a baby together.”
According to Bunnie, “nobody cheated on the other person,” which did happen early into their marriage before Jelly got sober.
Meanwhile, the Grammy winner — who “has even started dating” again — addressed the divorce mid-concert later that night while on the Saratoga Springs, NY, stop of his Little ASS Shed Tour.
He echoed Bunnie’s sentiments, telling the crowd that “nobody cheated on nobody” while calling her his “best friend” for life.
Though the divorce news came as a shock to fans, the former couple did drop hints that there was trouble in paradise.
Jelly, for example, stopped wearing his wedding ring and then scrubbed Bunnie from his Instagram page.
Meanwhile, Bunnie took to social media to post about “trash” exes, “women’s intuition when that s – – t don’t add up” and “getting her sparkle back.”
Jelly and Bunnie renewed their vows in August 2023 at the same Las Vegas chapel where they initially wed.
In recent weeks, Bunnie has been spotted making out with “Calabasas Confidential” star Dylan Wolf at Jelly’s Nashville bar. The two continued to hang out and Bunnie said Jelly had “no issue at all” with her fling with the 24-year-old.
Bunnie, who claimed “blue check marks” were flooding her DMs since the split, also debuted a new look — including a breast implant makeover and 20-pound weight loss, the latter due to malnutrition — and announced she was accepted into Arizona State University.
Jelly — who has an extensive criminal past and was homeless when he first met Bunnie in August 2015 — has consistently credited her with saving his life.
The recording artist has lost close to 300 pounds and returned to his Christian faith in recent years.
Jelly has two children — daughter Bailee Ann, 18, and son Noah Buddy, 9 — from previous relationships.
