ABS-CBN actress Anne Curtis has this statement when asked about the rumors involving her and Erwan Heussaff.
A few weeks ago, a blind item about the power couple whose relationship was on the brink of breakup surfaced online. Many celebrity couples were dragged into the rumors, and ABS-CBN superstar Anne Curtis, while aware of the blind item, was not aware that she and her husband, Erwan Heussaff, were on the list of couples being referred to as subjects in the said blind item.
She was, however, flattered that they were being considered as a power couple. Anne said, “I don’t know if I would consider Erwan and I a power couple, but thank you for considering us.”
The ABS-CBN actress then went on to shrug off the rumors and clarified that it did not bother her in any way.
“I’ve been in the industry for so long, and so many controversies have come my way. And I still live by that same motto I came up with years ago: Learn the Art of Dedma,” she said. It is also not her character to stress over unfounded issues. Anne knows it’s best not to let any controversy affect her.
She has learned not to let stress and controversy take a toll on her well-being, drawing from personal experience. She emphasized that overthinking can negatively affect the body.
When it comes to relationships, she believes that conflicts and misunderstandings are normal, but how couples handle them makes all the difference. She admitted that she and her husband, Erwan Heussaff, do have disagreements, but only over minor things.
She added, “I think sa isang relasyon, normal lang naman ‘yun and in fact, Erwan is the type who doesn’t get into fights. Never kami nagsisigawan. That’s why we’re compatible because he’s the calm to my crazy.”
