On February 1, a source for The Sun claimed that Lewis and Kim (who, btw, have been friends for YEARS) “enjoyed an intimate dinner and a couples massage as part of a romantic weekend getaway in the country.”

Soon after, a Daily Mail insider claims the two are just “friends with benefits” and that “Lewis and Kim are not dating exclusively”…but then they’re spotted at the Super Bowl looking very coupley so time will tell!
