For actor Josh Duhamel, having a sense of humor is key. In a July 2026 appearance on The HoneyDew with Ryan Sickler podcast, the 53-year-old spoke about realizing his wife Audra Mari, 32, is the same age as his youngest sister, Cassidy. “There’s a picture of me holding Cassidy as a 21-year-old young man with this little bitty infant,” Duhamel said. “I looked at the photo and I looked at my wife and I said, ‘You know, you and Cassidy are exactly the same age…I am officially too old for you,'” he joked, adding that he’d “never looked at it like that until I saw that photo.”

While neither has commented on their 13-year age gap, Matthew did share how Camila has empowered him to take risks with his career. Speaking to Esquire in 2016, he said, “A good woman gives a man courage and confidence—the courage to have the confidence to go and do it, to not be worried as much or consider as much what the rest of the world thinks.”

With a 40-year age gap, pop icon Cher and her music-exec boyfriend, Alexander Edwards, have stayed in the headlines. But the “Believe” hitmaker is quick to shake off the noise. Asked about their relationship by a fan on X in 2022, she reportedly wrote, “Love doesn’t know math.”

Duhamel has said that he always knew Mari was “the one.”
